1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Giftori ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. What Giftori does

Giftori generates gift idea suggestions using artificial intelligence. Suggestions are for inspiration only and:

• Are not product recommendations endorsed by retailers
• May not always be available for purchase
• Are not guaranteed to suit any specific person
• Are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies

You are responsible for evaluating any gift before purchasing it.

3. Purchases

• The app is free to download with 3 free gift generations.
• Unlocking unlimited generations requires a one-time purchase of $2.99 USD (or local equivalent).
• All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's Media Services Terms.
• Refunds are handled directly by Apple per the App Store refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Giftori to:

• Generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI backend
• Resell or redistribute generated content commercially without permission

5. AI-generated content

All suggestions are generated by third-party AI models. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use your own judgment.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giftori and its developer are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to gift purchases made based on app suggestions.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
